FUFU&GAGA and Erommy: compare delivery and return costs

Compare the delivered total and the cost of being wrong. A lower furniture price can lose its advantage once return freight, restocking or assembly enters the picture.
FUFU&GAGA and Erommy sell different ranges of home and outdoor products. This guide compares the questions their published return policies raise. It is not a claim that two specific products are equivalent, or a hands-on quality review.
What the published policies tell you
| Check | FUFU&GAGA | Erommy |
|---|---|---|
| Change of mind | The policy contains a 30-day return-request section alongside restrictions and freight charges. Do not read the window as an unconditional free return. | Non-quality returns are described as an 80% refund, with return shipping excluded and a 20% restocking fee. The page also says returns without a reason are not accepted. |
| After shipment | Cancellation and return costs depend on shipment and package details. | Cancellation changes once shipped; label-created status has its own restriction. Ask support before assuming cancellation is still possible. |
| Damage or defect | Use the damage/defect process rather than treating it as a change-of-mind return. | The policy provides a separate route for damaged, defective or mis-shipped items. |
| Before paying | Get written confirmation for your exact item, package count, assembly state and return reason. | Get written confirmation of eligibility, total deductions and any collection charge. |
Read the current FUFU&GAGA return policy and Erommy warranty and return policy. These official policy links are noncompensated. Checkout and written support confirmation should resolve item-specific questions.
Make a delivered-price comparison
Record item price after an eligible coupon, shipping, tax and mandatory fees for each option. Add assembly separately if you need it. For large outdoor structures, check the surface, installation work, anchoring and local requirements before comparing only the product prices.
Our delivered-price worksheet adds the amounts you enter. It does not retrieve retailer prices or decide whether a coupon will apply.
Put a dollar figure on a return
Illustrative example: a $400 purchase with a 20% restocking deduction loses $80 before any return shipping. If return freight costs $90, the combined cost is $170. That is why a $25 lower purchase price may not be the deciding factor. These numbers explain the calculation, not a quote for either retailer.
Send these questions before ordering
- What is the final charge to my ZIP code, including any required delivery fee?
- Does delivery stop at the curb, the door or inside the room?
- How many boxes arrive, and can they arrive separately?
- Can I return this exact product after opening or assembly?
- For a change-of-mind return, what are the freight, collection, restocking and discount-recalculation costs?
- If something arrives damaged, what photos, packaging and reporting deadline do you require?
Check fit before you chase a coupon
Measure the space, doorways and the route from delivery point to the room. Compare actual product dimensions and clearances, rather than the room shown in a photograph. Keep packaging and photograph the delivery until you have checked all parts.
